I had to reapply for benefits after a year, and it went through, but my WBA (weekly benefit amount) is $200 less than it was, since I didn't make any money this year, and it was based on a different time period than it was originally. Is there any way I can continue getting the benefit amount I was getting before? I'm confused why they made us reapply when we haven't been working anyway. Do I qualify for the DNCP or is that over? If so, how does one apply for that?

have you call edd to fix ?i have some issue. after file a new claim. the weekly is 200 less than the old claim.
The DNCP is up until September. I don't think it's something you apply for -- I think the best bet is to call them to get them to put you back on PEUC. Otherwise, there is little to no guidance on how to get that implemented. You for sure would qualify since it's reduced by more than 25$. If you don't get it fixed right away, I would take a guess that you would get all that back paid?? But you know how it is... nothing is guaranteed and things change all the time, so I would try to call and fix as soon as you are able to.
