Services Terms and Conditions

Unemployment Gurus offer consultations and additional services (hereinafter as "Services"). Purchasing a Service will result in a binding contract. 

​

By purchasing a Service, User understands that a 24 hour notice is required for any cancellations. Any no shows are not eligible for a refund. If User needs to reschedule an appointment, they understand they must reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time in order to avoid paying for another Service fee.

​

If there is use of our Services by fraudulent means, we reserve all rights to withdraw providing additional Services to a User effective immediately.

​

We retain the right to cancel appointments for any reason. In the case there is a cancellation from our consultants, a full refund will be returned.

​

Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and payment can only be accepted in U.S. Dollars. 

​

Refunds

Any cancellations less than 24 hours or are no shows are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will only be awarded if services has not been rendered and User has given at least a 24 hour notice from the appointment time.

Once services have been rendered, there will be no refunds. 

​

If there is a cancellation from our consultants, a full refund will be returned.

​

Warranty & Liability

Book a Service can provide insights to what is going on with your benefits based on information you provide, but does not promise, guarantee, increase, or expedite any persons situation.

Our consultants are well-versed with unemployment and the processes, but are not EDD claim specialists and cannot directly look into or adjust your claim. Consultations are not to be used as a legal, business, financial, tax, or professional advice in any way whatsoever. We strongly recommend that you perform your own independent research and/or speak with a qualified professional before making any decisions. We are not liable for losses or damages and make no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements, be safe, secure, uninterrupted, timely, accurate, or error-free.

Termination

We may at any time immediately terminate Services for non-payment, fraud, or material misrepresentation without prior written notice.

Donation Payment Terms and Conditions

 

"Sending Thanks" are donations that are made voluntarily and Users have no obligation to make a donation.

By making a donation you understand all donations to the Website be paid to Unemployment Gurus LLC who is the Owner and manager of the website. Contributions will be paid to whom the donation is credited. By donating you also understand that the website is not a non-profit and does not have a 501(c) and any donation is deemed a gift and not tax-exempt.​

Information from you

Before we can process a donation you must provide us with (i) your name, address and email address; and (ii) details of the credit or debit card that you wish to use to fund the donation. We will use this information to process your donation. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided us with the correct information.


When you submit your payment details, these details will be transferred to our payment provider, wix.com or PayPal, and your payment data will be collected and processed securely by them. You should make sure that you are aware of wix.com or PayPal's terms and conditions, which are different from our own, to ensure that you are comfortable with how they will process your personal data before you make a donation.


We won’t share your personal details with any other third party other than is set out in our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Donation Payment Terms and Conditions and by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you are also agreeing to the way we use and protect your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

Refund Policy for Donations

If you make an error in your donation please contact us by email at admin@unemploymentgurus.com within 14 days and a full refund will be made to you.

All payments for Services, Donation, or any payments made on the Website are made by payment card, Stripe, or through PayPal.
