Hi, I'm on PUA, had a balance prior to 12/27/20, my acct reads "disqualified" thruout all paid weeks! I submitted a contact note last week & EDD responded w/ "a Notice of Determination was mailed". : ( I did move out of CA last summer and my only income is as an independent contracter in CA prior to the pandemic.
