My claim expires 3/20/21 . I still have a claim balance , and have never had any extensions . I can't find the definitive answer as to if EDD will continue , or extend the claim . And or if they will tell me I need to file a new claim , or if I have to take it upon myself to file a new claim . Of course I can't reach anyone at EDD by phone . Thanks in advance !!
