I've been trying to get a hold of person since December to ask about what is going on with my benefits. -My ability to certify stopped in September. -I received ID verification in the mail which I sent back prior to the December 18th due date. -the online portal shows I have money due to me -It also shows in the history that all my prior payments have been "disqualified" -I've received no additional correspondence I am (was) a business owner and finally qualified for PUI, however, I'm concerned I've been put in the potential "fraud" category.
