I just received a check issued late last month from the EDD. However, I've never applied for unemployment, as I've worked full time for the last year. It states that it covers 'unemployment' from October to November. Again, though, I was working then, and never applied. I didn't even have an account created till now, in order to make this post. The telephone number given just sends me into a circling loop with the computer, that indicate I need the account information for the check. Which, again, I had never created. Are there any other means of contacting somebody over this? The closest office is an hour away, and I don't actually have the time to drive there.
