I have been waiting since 23NOV2020, and have been certifying since then for unemployment with California Employment Development Department with NO PAY. We have emailed, talked with EDD people who are NOT "2nd Tier" asking for appointment with 2nd Tier for close to six months without an appointment being made, yet I can certify still every 2 weeks.
