I filed a claim back in March 2020 and my Idenity has been a issue since do you my Id and social name not spelled correctly so last month I got my bank card awards letter account number and was able to certify got benefits last Sunday and it says pending so called today and they said my identification is still processing. this been a long process and need help on what to do.
