I applied in March 2020 and I was issued my EDD card. However I found that my EDD card didn't work and I was not able to use my benefits. How do I request a new one or use my benefits? I have received no money from them. Also, I received communications from EDD saying to recertify or reapply. Which do I need to do? I tried to contact EDD but they keep saying they are receiving too many calls and hang up on me. Any advice/explanations would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
