My unemploymeny benefits have never been paid. I filed(after being fired) in June '21. And was expecting to receive payments right away. Duh. Shortly after i filed i received all the info, payment amounts(i was eligible for the max), to refister with workforce, bla, bla. .then a couple weeks later, instead of a check, i received a msg saying, "You are not eligible, employer issued a claim form" and to contact my employer. I did contact my ex-employer and asked if they submitted a claim form(im still unsure what it is) and was told they did not. I have received reduced earnings forms from being off work from weather but never filed and last time i received one of those was way back in Feb 2020. I never filed or received those partial benefits because the payout wasnt much and i rarely got them. Not sure if thats what this is about? Anyway, i have refiled 4 times as directed by the ui website with always that same result. DQ'd because of this mysterious claim form. My current UI status is waiting for a phone interview to be scheduled and that i will be contacted by mail with an appointment date. Thats been 3 weeks now without anymore updates and i have zero faith in them coming thru with a phone interview. Any information or help would be greatfully appreciated. Thank you, David H
