My account is a mess! I did not receive any payments until Sept 2020, even though I was unemployed due to covid on March 26, 2020. I was on PEUC from March 21-June 1, 2020, the applied for a new UI claim on June 1 (none of that got paid until Sept after my assembly member's office reached out to EDD). However, on June 21, 2020, my doctor put me on disability as I couldn't work anyway. At that point, I was no longer eligible for UI... However, when I received ALL my past UI certifications in Sept 2020, I filled them out through Sept. 2020 (for the weeks I was disabled, I put that I had received SDI, so I did not receive UI, nor did I expect to). In Sept 2020 I stopped receiving UI certification letters (I assume after so many weeks on SDI they stop sending them?). Because I was still on disability, I didn't worry about it. My doctor took me off disability March 22, 2021, but my work has not restarted yet. I want to reopen my UI claim from June 2020, however, the "reopen claim" button is MISSING. I also do not have an option to open a new claim. When I look at my history and past certifications. It shows nothing for March 2020-June 7, but then they show that I received UI for the first few weeks of June before I was put on disability, then it shows all the following weeks until 9/12/2020 that I was disqualified (true).... but, does that mean they have no record of the payments from March-June 2020? And how do I reopen my regular UI claim that was started in June 2020. I have spent so much time with the phone hacks and seriously have not even gotten to the hold line!! aarrgggggggg!!!
