The problem is that edd screwed up and I'm being penalized for Edd's mistake. And all you can do is make excuses for them. I haven't heard a peep from edd since 11-14-2020. And I know for a fact that my nephew had the same issue and submitted his proof the same day I did and he's already receiving his benefits again and he didn't have to wait 4 months like I've been doing. And your add is misleading because you claim you can help and all you do is make excuses for edd.

It shows disqualification starting date was April 2020 yet I have been receiving benefits until Sept. Then I was asked for identity verification and I did and my benefits started again, then in November they again asked fof verification again so I submitted it, they responded that my license was showing expired on Sept. Which is true but then I received a message from dmv saying that everyone 70 years old and above would be getting and automatic renewal for 1 year due to covid 19 and when I told them about the extension they knew nothing about it and that's the reason why they stopped my benefits. I submitted the proof of the extension with a copy of the renewal from dmv and they accepted it online yet I have not heard from them again.

I've submitted my proof of identity online and hard copy on december 10 2020 and tried calling but always no one live answers. My last payment was 11-14-2020 and because of this I am now living in my car and I have medical problems. No one has reached out from edd and I don't know what to do, please I need help very soon.
