My husband is on PUA and recently got his official letter requiring job search proof. At the bottom of the letter it states if you are living out of state (he is) you need to register with the State Workforce Agency where you reside. QUESTIONS: Does that apply to PUA recipients or just UI? What if the new state no longer pays out funds for PUA claims? Thank you
