@Alex Honda oh yes, that’s what I meant. I ended up using the same date as when my previous claim started 😥 - when I became unemployed which then overlaps with my previous claim. all too confusing 😖

i ended up submitting a paper copy via fax but who knows how long that’s going to take or if it even makes it to the right hands. will update if anything changes.

@Mimi Balmain hey mimi.. yea, we haven’t even been able to reapply. The “file new claim” option is not available for us and that’s what we’ve been trying to figure out is how to even reapply.

@Kevin M approved for filing a new claim? did they have the same issues we did where they weren’t able to open new claim?

wow! thanks so much for the updates. I don’t believe we can create a new UI account. Everything goes under your SSN. Our benefit year is up, makes no sense why we wouldn’t be able to have even the OPTION to file a new claim. Thanks so much for the update again guys. I am hoping something will magically happen come 4/10 (the date rollovers are supposed to happen) or someone will finally have an answer for us.
