Hello guys I've been dealing with an unemployment nightmare since December 2020 long story short account was frozen asked to verify identity. I tried uploading ID but system said couldn't verify(strange it was current ID and ME) I tried contacting edd and I'd me for months with no luck. I still certified for benefits uo until March and then they disqualified me. I recently got verified by both edd and I'd.me.
