My benefit year expired in Dec 2020, but I thought I still had an open claim so I clicked 'reopen' Jan 2021. When my payment stayed pending, I emailed EDD and they responded I needed to file a new claim. I filed a new claim and was paid for 1 of the 2 weeks I was unemployed, but then returned to work full time. I am now unemployed again and the 'reopen' button is not available. I have certified for all my previous weeks and don't have anything outstanding. How can I reopen my claim?
