I'm still eligible for benefits till June. My last payment received was back in December. Since then, I have started a part-time/on call job and school again. They're saying that I need to be available to work and look for work full-time, but that's literally not possible and should be understood and excused. I've already filled out my claim twice, why does my claim keep getting rejected?
I don't understand what you're saying or referring to when you said "Whatever you received is just something standard they send. You are correct that due to the pandemic it's not required."
I have tried reopening an existing claim and I don't know how else to describe what I'm saying. Additionally I don't feel comfortable showing a screenshot.

When you say you filled out your claim are you filing a new claim or are you referring to the certification?? Can you send a screen shot?
