My husband is self employed and was given unemployment benefits due to Covid. He has been receiving his benefits and was due to certify on Sunday but it said he had to reopen his case? Just confused on what to do?

To be honest it sounds like this is something you would need to call in for to make that go away. You can also try the contact page in your online profile and see if that's any faster (though I've heard it is not). I wouldn't wait on it especially since you haven't been able to certify at all. :(
I'm just now seeing this, and I did follow the reopen process because it came up, then it went away and about 10 days later it showed up again. I waited a few days, and it didn't change, so I submitted through the button again on two days ago, and now the button is back again! My last payment was for week ending 1/9/21, I have two weeks that I certified for, 1/16 and 1/23, that are sitting in limbo, and I haven't been given the opportunity to certify since then. What should I do?
