My claim year is up but said also on extenxion , but still have balance in my account do I need reapply again?

The EDD website says if your year is up that you should reapply. Though I have heard people able to continue certifying and collecting on their extension. If you are still able to certify, I would continue to do so. It also says that if you do need to reapply they will send you a notice via your text/email/inbox.
