Asked to verify ID in late December/early Jan. Now Feb 15th & still able to certify every 2wks but not getting any payments? What do i do??

no for the first time I submited my ID and otherdocuments by my edd account in December. They sent me an option where I was able to upload and send them. Second time they sent me a mail in January and required to send the documents by mail. I sent those by mail again. But there is no news yet. I can just sertfy by weeks but I don't get money. They are all under pending

@Arevik Adamyan :( Yeah you have to be on top of them and check in. If after 3 weeks or so there is no notice, I would call in and check (I know it's a nightmare to call but they don't leave anyone with many options)

I don't remember the exact day of sending my documents but I'm sure it's already more then 3 weeks😊
